ZEP carries out high- and low-voltage electrical installation and lightning protection work. It also manufactures cabinets and metal structures, installs switchgear and performs technical inspections.
The client needed a modern solution tracking manufacturing and construction from contracting to completion. Existing tools did not support digital processes or financial monitoring of contracts and projects. Project documentation, bills of quantities, construction measurement books and payment statements were handled manually.
Since the client's processes were largely standard for its industry, our ready-made Odoo applications significantly accelerated implementation and reduced the time otherwise required to customise Odoo for those processes.
We helped organise the sales-to-delivery process and digitalised documentation with phase-based tracking.
We extended Odoo with our HR records module which substantially expands standard Odoo functionality, and a payroll module from our application portfolio.
