Our solution
We extended standard Odoo Enterprise with manufacturing order tracking and production valuation modules tailored to fish processing, where multiple finished products are made from a specific input.
We provided product profitability information without manual reporting, alongside catch and quota tracking and fish movement reporting by species, quantity and quality.
Industry-specific needs include catch records and communication with fishers. Linked orders provide full process traceability, quality tracking and fish size grading.
Accounting improved significantly, replacing slow processing and external manual records. A new HR module centralises leave management for employees and managers, with all personnel information in one place.
Our proven payroll module extends standard Odoo and incorporates the client's specific requirements.
