By investing in ISO 9001, ISO 20000 and ISO 27001, UVID d.o.o. strengthens quality, IT service and information security standards for Croatian and European markets.
Company UVID d.o.o. based in Ivanić-Grad has launched the project “Introducing Management Systems at UVID d.o.o.” (project code PK.1.3.04.0062), co-funded by EU grants under the Competitiveness and Cohesion Programme 2021–2027, through the call supporting product certification and management systems (PK.1.3.04).
Project purpose and objectives
The project introduces and certifies three international standards:
- ISO 9001 — Quality Management System (QMS),
- ISO 20000 — IT Service Management System (ITSM),
- ISO 27001 — Information Security Management System (ISMS).
UVID will optimise eight internal processes, improve operational efficiency and strengthen data protection and IT resource management. This meets market demands and supports competitiveness in Croatia and the EU.
Key project activities
The project comprises:
- A1: Implementing ISO 9001, ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 — Documentation, process analysis, work instructions and operational procedure changes with external experts.
- A2: Management system certification — External audits by an accredited certification body and official certification.
- A3: Project management — Coordination and administrative and financial monitoring.
- A4: Promotion and visibility — Informing the public and stakeholders about results and EU support.
Expected results and indicators
- Three certified management systems: ISO 9001, ISO 20000 and ISO 27001.
- Eight improved internal processes.
- Increased sales revenue
- Increased export revenue
